Vector Achieves Bronze Level-Small Workplace Health Award

We are extremely proud to have achieved the Bronze Level-Small Workplace Health Award. Our team are at the centre of achieving this award and putting Health and Well-being at the top of our priority means everything to us. As part of our initiative each member of our team are encouraged to organise events, first up a thanks to Leon for organising a beach clean at Bendricks Beach in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan.

We collected 8 black bags full of plastic and rubbish, as well as 2 car tyres and electrical components. Thank you to Keep Wales Tidy who worked closely with us to dispose of the rubbish safely and in an environmentally friendly way.

This also forms part of our Community Spirit Initiative which we plan to drive in 2019 and work closely with the communities in which we live and operate to give something back.

We are aiming to work towards the Silver award in the near future, as our team grows it just means more opportunity to cast our net further and make a significant difference to our employees Health & Wellbeing.
