Cornelly Youth Football Club - October 2015

 

Vector belives in putting money back into the local communities in which it operates, that's why it was an easy decision to approach the local youth football team and offer sponsorship for kit and equipment. We not only support via funding but also attend regular training evenings and games. From 4 years old through to youth CFC have a bright future!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Herio Sportive - April 2015

Charity: Word Bicycle Relief

Total Raised: £1,500.00

 

Vector supported and played a large part in organising this cycling sportive around the beautiful South Wales countryside for 400 cylcists. Courses of 50km (32.5 miles) & 120km (75.8 miles) were created for those new to cycling, families and the more seasoned cyclists.

 

The event was totally not for profit, with money being raised for a fantastic cause whch supplies bicycles to people in Africa. Run by volunteers and enthusiasts from all over, we were proud to be involved and look forward to 2016 being bigger and better!

 

 

 

Western Beacons Montain Rescue - March 2015

Total Raised: £15,00.00

 

Vector sponsored the Western Beacons Mountain Rescue's 50th anniversary dinner dance, the evening was not only to celebrate their golden anniversary but to raise vital funds for a new control vehicle to enable the team to continue thier fantastic work.

 

The Vector team throughly enjoyed the evening and our MD also out-bid several people in the auction to secure two tickets for an adventure day of surfing (he can't even surf)! Good luck with that one Leigh.....

 

 

Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge - June 2014

Charity: Prostate Cancer Research

Total Raised: £850.00

 

The Prostate Cancer Research Centre (PCRC) − Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge involves climbing 3 of the most iconic mountains in Wales. The mountains are:-

 

South Wales, Pen Y Fan at 886m / 2907 ft.

Mid Wales, Cadair Idris at 893m / 2930 ft.

North Wales, Snowdon at 1085m / 3560 ft.
